The people at Grand Garage are terrific. They did everything they could to diagnose the problem with my car. Unfortunately, this issue was just one they couldn't properly diagnose, so they ended up sending me to the dealer. But I will always come back here first whenever I have a problem.

Best. Place. EVER. Rob and his crew will take care of you! They give free rides to and from the garage, offer loaner cars while yours is in the shop, and continuously update you with information on how your vehicle is doing. It’s like car daycare with so many perks - 10/10 recommend!!!

It's always hard to give an auto mechanics garage 5 stars. It's just something in our nature that doesn't allow us to do it because we have been conditioned to feel like we've gotten cheated. Even if they're just giving us an oil change 🤣 But GRAND GARAGE... These guys are definitely different. It's almost like they're going out of their way to prove their integrity to you from the start. And their customer service is phenomenal. I've never seen a mechanic who did not act like they were angry that I brought my car in. But not these guys. They were very happy to have my business. And they made it very clear. They also have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off and pick you up and bring you back while your car is being serviced. I hope I never have to go again, but I would definitely return again!
