We developed a squeak in our pickup while traveling through on a vacation. Grand Garage graciously agreed to check it out the day we called. (The local GMC dealers wouldn’t take a look at it for another 2 weeks.) The noise ended up not being a problem and Grand did not do unnecessary repairs. In addition, they were all great people. Communication, service, courtesy all were excellent. The shuttle service made this very easy without wasting a lot of my time. I have an older car and they were very informative of items needing attention but not pushy about getting them done right away.

Took my wife’s car in for a oil change and a visual inspection for a possible oil leak. They took the time to LISTEN to my concern and help me understand the best way to go about fixing the issue. Good thing my car still has some power train warranty left on the mileage so will take it up with the dealer( what they recommended) but will be bring all my cars back to them for everything else. The is a 1st class shop

Grand Garage was great! Everyone in the front of the shop were professional, helpful, and courteous! When performing my alignment, they did a fabulous job of ensuring that my wheel was aligned perfectly straight and had to adjust it after the first test drive.
