Wonderful, friendly, good quality, sweet, nice, above and beyond, all of it. I went in for some routine maintenance and left with a greater understanding of cars as a whole, *and* a carnation. Didn't expect my car to be washed and vacuumed either. As long as I'm still in Escondido, I think I'll keep coming back here!

They charged me $300 to tell me the next day that they won't work on my vehicle due to its size. They viewed the vehicle multiple times before accepting the job and assured me they were capable and willing. No repairs were done and several engine components were disconnected and strewn across the interior, with mouse droppings and my own possessions scattered everywhere.

We brought our Honda CR-V in for 30,0000mi service. It was a fantastic experience, our CR-V runs like new and we will never go back to a Honda dealership for service again. I use this service because I like the people and the service that I get. I'm still from the 60's and beyond with what I think the costs should be but, that's just me. Everything has gotten more expensive than I think it should be including rent and house prices and food as well as everything else. Forgive me but I rarely give 5 stars to anyone or anything.

Highly professional and ethical. Considering that I need a new engine for my Hyundai, I had a great experience. I was recommended to take my vehicle back to the dealership because the engine is still under warranty. Considering how much a brand new engine would cost, I was pleasantly surprised that they considered my warranty and recommended for me to return back to the dealership. My car was so badly damaged, they suggested that I have it towed back for safety. They were very kind and compassionate considering my safety and liability. While waiting they offered me water and even gave me a carnation flower. I am blown away by their expertise, professionalism, ethics, and hospitality. I highly recommend Grand Garage.

I would have needed to wait a few weeks to have some routine service on my car done if I had used my car dealer. I took my car to Grand Garage instead. They had all of the work done on time and for a very reasonable price compared to what I would have paid. I will be back.
