took my 97 Toyota Avlalon Xl to get a complete diagnostic all they told me was that it would cost to much for it to get fixed , they told me that they would not work in it

I'm confident when I take my car in for work it is done right. Also if I continue to follow their recommendations I'll have my car for many many miles and years.

Accurate estimates, and if something isn't going the way they expected after you dropped it off, they check in with you before going forward with work. They get things done in a timely fashion, and everyone is friendly. They try to give you as many discounts as they can, too. Is it the cheapest place? Probably not, but this is the type of shop where you can build a trustworthy relationship and know they're looking after your vehicle, not just trying to make money.

I had a noise in the under carriage that I could not get to, the master mechanics at Grand Garage not only found the problem in minutes they repaired it better than new. they also identified other pressing and non pressing service issues. I agree with all of the diagnostics they performed. I typically perform all my own work on my vehicles but when I can not, I would only allow Grand Garage to work on my vehicle, I would highly recommend any service you may need to be performed by their incredible staff.

I've been bringing my 20-year old Subaru Forester to Grand Garage since they opened and it continues to run like new. They have excellent mechanics with up-to-date training, friendly & knowledgeable staff behind the counter who will take the time to address all your concerns & limo service to your home (and the ladies always receive a lovely carnation on departure). They provide the best car maintenance experience in my 50 years of car ownership.
