I sure hate giving 5 star ratings. It's as if there is no room for improvement when you do but when you can't find a darn thing worng (did I type worng, wrong?) then what honest choice is there but a five. They did the job; did it correctly; did it expeditiously and for what had to be done, that is saying a lot. Plus, they did it right the first time! They said 2 days to fix it. The day I brought it in must have been counted the first day as it was repatriated (as Pat , the service writer would say) the following day. That's less than 2 days but I wouldn't subtract a star for that.

My experience at GrandGarage was excellent. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I felt I was working in a trustworthy environment.

The personnel at Grand Garage are very helpful in getting the service needed done in a timely, professional manner.

Just had my oil changed. They are always fast with get -ting me in and a ride to work if needed. They always let me know, if there is anything else that should be done before finishing the car.

I am very happy with the service here. I am on a limited income and they made every effort to accomplish the job at the price I could afford. I will be seeing them again for the next project.
