Grand Garage did a great job on repairing my fusion. After I was told by the dealership that I probably needed a new transmission, Grand was able to diagnose the problem, get the parts, do the repairs for the estimate given, and give me a free loaner, all within 24 hours of bringing the car in. Would definitely recommend them!

David and his team always do an outstanding job, and I rely on and value David's advice, as I have for the past 5 years.

Quality service. Friendly staff. They explain every thing to you, even if you are not auto lingo savvy. We have been using GG for the last four years, and we take our cars there on a regular basis, including one the is a 1931 and one that is a 1981.

Lost my air conditioning yet again and now it is working great. They had the car back when promised and took me home and picked me up . They always do a great job and they are so nice at Grand Garage

After being on the end of what might have perceived as ignorance by the dealership that used to be taking care of my vehicle's mechanical needs by either ignoring requests to fix it or relating to the service writer that, "It's supposed to sound/do like that" or not wanting to fix it; unable to fix it; not knowing how to fix it, I decided my car needed a new best friend. It found such at Grand Garage and I might add for substantially less time and fewer dollars. Overheard my wife's car talking to mine in the garage saying she wants GG to be her best friend, too. I'll introduce her to GG the next time she needs repair.
