I was nicely greeted upon my arrival. I made an appointment online, which was super easy, and was helped as soon as I walked through the door. I was shuttled home, which is a great service and was kept up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. When my vehicle was done being serviced, I was asked if I had AAA which saved me even more money than using the online coupon. This was very nice of them to let me know! The service was wonderful and the people were all very nice. 5 Stars from me and going to be a return customer.

The guys at Grand Garage went out of there way make sure my daughters Matrix was safe to drive after being involved in a accident, they even replaced missing fender fasteners and broken bolts free of charge, besides the body damage the car is now driveable, A+ service.
