I went to "Grand Garage" to get my car fixed and I have to say that they did an excellent job they're very patient and if you need a ride to get home. No problem, they'll help you with that! Grand Garage sent out a very customer-centered mailer, and I felt safe trying a new auto shop. The service was completed promptly, and there were no attempts to upsell or "find problems" with my car. In fact, they offered a great introductory discount coupon which was quite generous. Not only that, they were kind enough to help me get back and forth from the shop with my two very young sons. When it's time for my next routine service, or if I have any other concern with my car, I will certainly call up Grand Garage again.

Every interaction I had with this staff was wonderful. They were positive, enthusiastic, warm, and most important of all: they got the work done. My car was unexpectedly out of commission; I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting my vehicle up and running again.

My 1997 had a few issues that are now all fixed. Very friendly and professional pre-diagnosis over the phone, no-hassle drop off in the after hours, all work completed, and only charged what was truly necessary. It's so hard to find a shop that knows what they are doing and don't overcharge. Look no further - you've found it.
