Grand Garage
Grand Garage, Where Friends Don't Let Friends Go to the Dealer is what they say when they answer the phone. Absolutely and especially women if you don't know your way around under the hood of a car. Dave, the owner and the mechanics explain everything to you. I have never felt pressure or that anything was being over sold. My car is 2000 Toyota Echo. When I first came to Grand Garage I had 110,000 miles on it. Dave told me, "A Toyota, you are just getting started." That was a relief to hear. Two-years later and another 20,000 miles we had another talk. I had been renting cars to drive to the central valley (Bakersfield). He told me, "Drive your car, you have a lot of miles left in it." I did and everything went fine. She, my Echo, is sweet 16, I am keeping her and sticking with Grand Garage. Down the road if she needs a major transplant (engine/transmission) I am confident they can do it. Speed of service is good. They try to accomdate you and will give you are ride home and pick you up. Grande Garage's prices are fair and that is what you want, fair prices, not cheap. Cheap leads to cheating. Cheap is never cheap. Fair is fair. Highly recommended.
