We broke down 20 miles outside of Escondido.were towed into Grande garage late in the day for what turned out to be a broken surpentine belt. We were treated great, given a ride to a recommended motel. Picked up the next morning, and we were on our way. Thank you Grande garage for the pleasant experience.

I was a auto mechanic through out my professional career (50+ years) and would consider my self very particular when it comes to the work performed on my vehicle. Garand Garage did a excellent job no my wife's car and I could not be happier. There work was fast, well done, reasonable, and exceeded my expectations. All I have to say is WOW. When it comes to customer service, these guys are the real deal. From talking to Mike initially on the phone for a quote to being assisted by David at the front. I will never go back to another dealership again. They will let you know whats wrong and what needs to be fixed, but I never got the feeling of being pressured to do so.When I went to pick up the car, David gave my daughter a pink carnation which made her day. I even recently received a card in the mail thanking me for choosing them. Now that is going above and beyond. Grand Garage deserves every star given. Thank you Yelp for letting me find this place. They took good care of my car and I will definitely be using this place for all of my car servicing from now on.

David took really good care of me and my car! He called to keep me in the loop and had my car done quicker than I've otten it back from other place before! I'm bummed I didn't know about him sooner, but now that I do, I know I'll always have a reliable garage to take my car.

Under an hour oil change. Great service. Everyone was very polite and nice. Didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary service. Will recommend to friends/family who live in the area. Great job!
