Honestly the best service. They were so kind to us, really felt like a family business. We were even offered a ride back to our home while our car was repaired. Definitely going to come here again is we have any more car issues.

I love their business model and how they work with me to get problems solved and prevent new ones from popping up. So long as Grand Garage has been servicing my high miler cars I'm not concerned about taking any of them on a long road trip. That's not faith it's confidence!

David is very informative & thorough, explaining from what is wrong with your vehicle as well as what steps to take to fix it, the staff is very nice & you don't have to sit around for hours until your car is fixed! I took my truck in for a quote and it was a fair price and had the work done quickly.

This place was very honest and fixed my car within a few hours of dropping it off. David was very friendly and helpful. He actually gave me popcorn as a thank you when I picked it up. He said he didn't have flowers so he gave popcorn instead! I will be back if I need anything done in my car. He also sent a card thanking me for my business and included $5 in credit for my next visit. So nice. Thanks David!

Dave was very informative about the care and maintenance of my car. Things that I can do to keep it running smoothly and reduce expensive repairs. I so appreciate the time he took with me. This is a great shop. They have my business from now on.
